Alleged technical specifications of the BlackBerry 10 L-Series smartphone has been leaked through official training documents stemming from Research In Motion.
The first BlackBerry 10 L-Series touchscreen smartphone will apparently sport a 4.2-inch display with a high-definition resolution of 1280 x 768, accompanied by 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage and a 1,800mAh battery.
The device will also sport a front-facing 2-megapixel camera with 2X digital zoom and 720p video recording, joined by a rear 8-megapixel snapper with LED flash, auto focus, 5X digital zoom and the ability to shoot video in 1080p.

Yes, but that doesn't mean anything. More RAM means more drain on the battery for possible negligible performance increases. By this same logic, every single computer ever sold should have a faster processor / more RAM / larger HDD than any computer ever sold before it.
