Seagate Cheetah 15K.4, ST3146854SS (147 GB, SAS)

This is the 147 GB version of the Seagate Cheetah 15K.4. As a result, it has slightly increased power requirements, drawing 14.37 W in idle and up to 19.48 W when operating. But it also offers 147 GB of storage capacity. The operating temperature range is exactly what we've found for the other drives: 5°C to 55°C (41°F to 131°F).
While the maximum data transfer rate was almost 92 MB/s, we found that the minimum transfer rates are somewhat behind of what the Hitachi drives deliver: The 15K.4 at 147 GB dropped to less than 52 MB/s while the 147 GB UltraStar 15K147 provided a minimum of 60 MB/s.
