Does Maingear offer free shipping?
Yes, Maingear offers free standard ground shipping on all orders sent to an address within the contiguous USA. These orders are sent via FedEx and should arrive within 2 - 5 working days. Expedited delivery & delivery to addresses outside of the contiguous USA is available, but shipping fees will be calculated on a per-order basis at the checkout.
Are Maingear PCs covered by a warranty?
As standard, Maingear customers are covered against any manufacturer faults for the first 12 months after purchasing their PC, letting them exchange their item for a replacement model. Maingear will cover the cost of US ground returns shipping if your claim is made within 30 days of your order being delivered. After this point, you will need to send your item back to the brand at your own cost.
Does Maingear accept returns or cancellations?
Although you can cancel an order before it is shipped or return an item after it has been received, this will incur a fee that will be deducted from your refund total. Cancellations will incur a 5% fee, whereas returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Any custom-built devices that have been built before you can cancel your order (even if it has not shipped yet) will be classed as a return. You can only return items within 30 days of placing your initial order, and items will need to be sent back to Maingear at your own cost. Note that customs & orders worth $5000 or more are not eligible to be returned.

Look out for sales & promotions
Maingear occasionally offers promotional prices on selected devices, which can shave as much as $100 off the usual pricing. These deals tend to only be available for a limited time, with new deals added regularly. Keep an eye out around major events like CES or Black Friday for the most exciting offers.
Watch for product bundles
As well as individually discounted products, Maingear also offers the odd bundle deal, letting you purchase a number of products, such as a monitor, mouse and keyboard, as one item. Bundles tend to be sold at a slightly price than what you'd pay for buying each item separately, meaning you can save as much as 20% off.

Joining the Maingear newsletter is free through the brand's site and will mean you receive the latest info on products & promotions as soon as its available. You'll also receive a number of members-only exclusives this way, letting you get additional savings you won't find anywhere else.

What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
Despite our team regularly refreshing our pages and testing every code before upload, every now and then a coupon may not work as intended.
