Can I stack multiple SCUF promo codes at checkout?
No, SCUF Gaming only allows for one promo code per order. You cannot stack a student discount with a creator code, nor can you stack a promo code on top of a site-wide Black Friday markdown.

How much is shipping at SCUF Gaming?
SCUF Gaming does not have a single flat-rate shipping fee. Because they ship highly customised, made-to-order controllers, the price is calculated at checkout.
Why is shipping so long?
If you customised a controller using the online builder, your shipping date will be longer because of the labor required to build it. Custom controllers require individual technicians to assemble the specific paddle configurations, snap in the OMRON switches, and apply the exact cosmetic faceplates you requested, followed by a quality assurance testing phase.
This usually takes 1 to 2 weeks before it goes to the courier. If you need a controller sooner, you should buy a Pre-Configured model, which is already boxed in the warehouse and ships almost immediately.
I just placed a custom order but changed my mind. Can I cancel it?
Yes, but you must be incredibly fast. Because custom controllers enter the factory build queue shortly after checkout, SCUF generally only allows you to cancel or modify your order within a very strict, short grace period before the build begins.
Once the controller enters the building phase in their system, you can no longer modify the order and will have to wait for it to arrive to start a standard return, which comes with a 15% restocking fee.
What is the polling rate of a SCUF controller?
For competitive PC gaming, polling rate (how often the controller reports inputs to your system) is crucial. The PC-specific SCUF Envision and Envision Pro have a 500Hz polling rate when connected to your rig via USB. This means it reads an input every 2 milliseconds, providing a highly responsive, ultra-low-latency experience made for competitive shooters.
Do SCUF controllers suffer from stick drift?
Stick drift has historically been a major pain point for all standard gamepads that use carbon-based potentiometers. I myself have lost many a duel in Gears of War thanks to a controller with stick drift.
To combat this, SCUF's latest premium models, such as the SCUF Valor Pro, have Hall Effect or TMR sensor technology.
Are SCUF controllers compatible with Corsair iCUE?
Yes! Because SCUF Gaming is part of the Corsair ecosystem, their PC controllers, specifically the SCUF Envision line, were built from the ground up for seamless integration with Corsair’s iCUE software.
Are SCUF thumbsticks replaceable?
Yes. SCUF controllers feature a highly modular, builder-friendly design. You can easily lift off the magnetic faceplate and swap out the thumbsticks.

Military Discount: SCUF Gaming quietly offers a dedicated discount for service members, but it isn't plastered on their homepage. According to SCUF’s official customer support FAQs, active military personnel and veterans can automatically get 5% off their entire order by entering the promo code Military5 at checkout.
Student Discount: Are you a student? SCUF partners with Student Beans and UNiDAYS. By logging into your student portal and verifying your .edu email address, you can get a single-use SCUF promo code that typically gives an exclusive 5% to 15% off your order.
Use Creator Codes: If we don't have any codes above, and If you don't qualify for the military discount or a student discount, you still never have to pay full price. SCUF sponsors hundreds of massive esports organizations and Twitch streamers. Their Creator Codes are usually active 365 days a year.
By typing in a creator's vanity code at checkout (for example, OPTIC for OpTic Texas or COURAGE for CouRageJD), you will get a 5% discount on your custom build or pre-configured controller.
Buy Pre-Configured to Avoid Customization & Restocking Fees: Building a controller from scratch using the SCUF configurator is fun, but every upgrade like faceplates or colored ring locks adds to the price. Also custom-built controllers carry a strict 15% restocking fee if you decide to return them, buying a pre-configured controller avoids the restocking fee in case you return it.
Shop the Refurbished Section: SCUF’s official Refurbished program is a big money saver. When you buy a refurbished SCUF controller, the company guarantees that all external components like the shell, faceplate, thumbsticks, and grips, are 100% brand new. Only the internal motherboard is refurbished. They also still come with a 90-day warranty, and just like pre-configured models, refurbished controllers have no restocking fee if returned within the 30-day window.
Skip the Expedited Upsell: When checking out with a custom controller, SCUF will often offer a "Premium" or "Expedited" processing tier, charging you an extra $20 to $40 to bump your build to the front of the factory queue. If you aren't in a rush stick to Standard. The controllers are assembled by the exact same technicians with the exact same parts; you are simply paying a big premium to skip the line.
Corsair Cross-Sales: Because SCUF is owned by Corsair, their sales often align with eachother with the other brands in their ecosystem.
