Pipe Dreams: Six P35-DDR3 Motherboards Compared
BIOS And Overclocking
Frequency and voltage adjustments are more than adequate, slightly exceeding expected P35 capabilities without instilling unrealistic goals in less experienced overclockers.

Unfortunately, the T-Series TP35D3-A7 Deluxe wasn't able to overclock whatsoever as received, likely due to its early-stage BIOS. An increase of even 1 MHz caused it to hang at boot and reset BIOS adjustments, and using Biostar's included overclocking utility for Windows caused an instantaneous system hang. We look forward to future BIOS developments for this board.

T-Series motherboard support kits are always designed to impress, with cables packed in a mesh bag alongside promotional items. This model's "freebie" is a pair of T-Series logo memory covers.
Biostar's four Serial ATA cables are only two less than the maximum number of internal drives supported, and these come with four separate four-pin to SATA power adapters. Biostar also adds an S/P-DIF digital optical plus digital coaxial audio breakout plate, but does not provide serial or parallel port breakout plates.
