AMD's new graphics cards aren't due out until later this month, but already Nvidia is feeling the heat. According to the latest scuttlebutt from DigiTimes, the company may not only introduce a couple of new GeForce GTX SKUs but also cut prices on existing GPUs.
DigiTimes reports that Nvidia could introduce one or two sub-$250 SKUs in order to better compete with AMD and they could be based on its GK104 and GK105 silicons. Prices are tipped at $150 to $250. Nvidia may also cut prices across its entire lineup, including the GTX 770 and 760 and possibly the the 780 and wallet-crushing Titan. If all of this comes to fruition, our next installment of Best Graphics Cards for the Money could be very interesting indeed.
