Case front ports and connectors
Front connectors for USB, Firewire and audio are accessible in the uppermost drive bay area, along with power and reset buttons. The USB ports are tightly spaced apart, so that things can get cramped if you use thicker USB connectors.
Pros And Cons
Pros:
- Elegant appearance
- Lots of room for drives
- Easy conversion to the other form factor
- Good expandability
- Drive are acoustically isolated from the case
- Lightshow feature easy to switch on or off
- Easy computer hardware installation
- Pre-installed system fans (2)
Cons:
- Sharp edges inside the case
- Power and reset buttons hard to tell apart
BTX Accessories (optional)

Airflow tunnel
The BTX upgrade kit consists of an airflow tunnel and a support and retention module (SR module aka SRM). Use of BTX hardware also requires extending the back panel on this case, to make extra room for increased space requirements.
Retail Packaging Contents

Removable front and rear brackets decouple drives from the case.
The retail package includes screws, motherboard standoffs and various drive brackets, which help with acoustic decoupling between the drives and the case.
Brief Summary
This ASYS case offers lots of room for individuality. The optional BTX kit enables buyers to convert this tower, without leaving extra pieces left over. Nevertheless, the upgrade process can take a long time. As delivered, the case also includes two large built-in system fans. But the drive bays aren't as stable as we might like, and they also feature airflow holes that are much too large to omit dust covers or filters (as they currently do).
