Audio Benchmarks
It’s not possible to find real performance benefits of a 1600 MHz bus and P45 or X48 for iTunes, as the results are too close to each other.
The processing time for transcoding WAV audio to MP3 varied quite a bit, so it wasn’t possible to find a performance advantage of the P45’s 1600 MHz setting over P35’s 1333 MHz.
Video Benchmarks
We could not find real benefits in the video processing or transcoding benchmarks.
