Looks like Nokia has got another budget Lumia phone for the UK market. According to Engadget, the Lumia 510, which was unveiled in India last fall, just popped up on Phones 4u's website. Engadget reports that Phones 4u briefly listed the Lumia 510 on its Coming Soon page but pulled the reference to Microsoft's budget Lumia quite quickly.
Released in November, the Lumia 510 boasts a 4-inch 480x800 TFT capacitive touchscreen display, a Qualcomm MSM7227A Snapdragon chipset with 800 MHz Cortex-A5 and Adreno 200 graphics, 256MB of RAM, a 5 MP camera (no front-facing camera on this one), and Windows Phone 7.8.
No word on pricing or tariffs but we do wonder if this device will be available on Phones 4u's newly announced mobile network set to launch in March. Phones 4u hopes to offer customers the best tariffs possible by running its own carrier, Life Mobile, and is doing so with the help of EE. As a mobile virtual network operator, Life Mobile will run off of EE's 3G network. Later in 2013, Life Mobile will offer 4G service.
