Molyjam Deux is a Game Jam Based off of Molyneux Quotes
What would Peter Molyneux deux?
Peter Molyneux is a developer known for things like Fable, Black & White, and his notorious ability to overpromise (and sadly, under deliver.)
The Molyjam Deux is a game jam inspired by the Twitter account Peter Molydeux. The account parodies many of these overpromising quotes from Molyneux. Last year, developers participating in the Molyjam Deux used these parody tweets as inspiration to create games.
This year, the Molyjam Deux has a new challenge for participating developers. Instead of using parody tweets as inspiration, developers this year must choose from 22 quotes (inspired by Molyneux's new studio 22Cans) to make their game.
Some of these quotes include "They could start combining magic together and switching between guns and swords, because they were the same," and "I'm not punishing you for button mashing; I'm rewarding you for not button mashing, and that is really a big distinction."
Molyjam Deux will be taking place from July 5 to July 7. For those interested in participating, here is a list of venues that will be holding the game jam.

Shin-san Dammit. I want to do this, but I'll be spending time with my family. Couldn't they do it a week later?Reply -
roger smith I think peter lost his mojo after bullfrog. Some of my fondest memories growing up in the golden age of gaming were in dungeon keeper, syndicate (which he produced) and populous 3 (which was not designed by him but was the successor to his games) i hope he is remembered for his work at bullfrog because he was a pioneer of the industry. I backed godus on kickstarter, hoping for a populous reboot, only time will tell.Reply -

They didn't realize you had a prior engagement. I'm sure they can adjust their schedule around yours.
