One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) prototypes appear at CES

The green and white OLPC laptops were seen at the Marvell booth. Marvell makes the wireless chips for the project.

The OLPC screen is quite readable here. The two raised green "ears" are wi-fi antennas. Marvell representatives say the wireless has an outdoor range of up to 2000 feet.
