Nor does the High Power HPC-420-302 DF by Sirtec deliver 420 watts - as might be supposed from the name - but rather a maximum combined power of only 400 watts. Although the Sirtec power supply unit delivers this maximum power level in a test run, it breaks down on the 3.3-volt line - without shutting off.
