Newsfeeds are refreshed automatically; this setting controls how often that happens.
You can specify as many startup sites as you like in IE7. Each one is then loaded in a separate tab.
Finally, the default cache size value is set at 50 MB, rather than as a percentage of available drive space.
You can also deactivate tabbed browsing.
