Complete Deactivation of the User Access Protection Function
The msconfig system configuration tool includes two commands in its tab tools that enable the User Access Protection (UAP) function to be completely activated or deactivated. This applies to the entire computer system and to all user accounts.
Through the two Activate and Deactivate entries, UAP may either be turned completely on or completely off.
The execution of this command is verified with an explicit message.
Of course, the UAP function may only be turned on or off by those who possess administrative privileges. This changed configuration also requires a restart to take effect.
