DRAM makers expect new Intel chipsets to accelerate DDR2 adoption

Taiwan DRAM makers believe Intel's expected release of its 945P/G and 955X chipsets during Computex Taipei from May 31 to June 4 will help accelerate the industry's migration from DDR to DDR2.
