Faster and Faster, nForce2: The Latest Boards Put to the Test
Soltek SL-75MRN-L
Board Revision: D
BIOS Version: 1.1 (May 6, 2003)
The SL-75MRN-L is identical to the 75FRN2 in all the important points. The only difference is the Northbridge module used, where the M in the type designation stands for the version with on-board graphics, which however proves to be slightly inferior to the 75FRN2 in most of the benchmarks. Nevertheless, the differences are minimal, and barely noticeable in practice.
Clearly visible: the VGA connection (blue) and the power connections as seen on the 75FRN.
