Except in comparison to the 3870 X2, whose performance has increased by close to 100% over the HD 3870's at the highest resolution, the 9800 GTX showed good performance here, edging the 8800 Ultra in all situations. Its lead over the 8800 GTS 512 MB was totally regular - 11% in all cases.
