Speculators Affecting DRAM Spot Prices

Although the relatively strong DRAM pricing seen recently in the spot market has prompted some industry players to believe that a price rebound is likely, some industry watchers warned that this price improvement may just stem from speculation. Pricing for DDR2 posted a noticeable rebound in the week January 14-21.
