The generally stable demand for DDR, together with some acceleration of DDR consumption among downstream players, has stimulated the downstream players to speed up their procurement, amid a reduced supply. As a result, DRAM spot prices have firmed. As well, sequential price drops for NAND flash are narrowing, compared to last week, according to DRAMexchange.
