Kingmax Digital will be showcasing a wide range of memory products at CeBIT 2006 that will take place in Hanover, Germany from March 9-15. The lineup includes next-generation DDR2 memory modules and flash memory products developed using Kingmax's patented TinyBGA (ball-grid array) and PIP (product in package) packaging technologies.
