Panel prices will stabilize by the end of second quarter, as PC-use panel prices have fallen to be very close to the cost level of first-tier panel makers, source said. The ASP (average selling price) for 17" panels for May slid just $3 to $117, compared to a $5 sequential fall in the second half of April, according to DisplaySearch.
