    Definitely only a matter of time before China's government requires that companies wishing to bid on government contract adopt home-grown hardware and software as more of it becomes available and sufficiently capable.

    Only if China decides to stick to its *nix-based Kylin OS. With the USA-China trade war though, China is looking into going fully home-grown next.
