Spot markets say Samsung NAND flash shortage intensifying

Not long after customers expressed concern about a shortage of high-density (4Gbit and above) NAND flash from Samsung Electronics in the spot market, sources are now indicating that the shortage has intensified, with the proportion of flash orders not being satisfied by Samsung growing to as high as 70%.
