The temperature of the K8T800 is controlled by a standard Abit fan.
Unfortunately, the connection panel (bottom left) is barely marked. In the middle is the display for the debug system, which when booted reproduces the system activity in the form of hexadecimal codes. A matching table helps to convert the values into plain text.
