Does Razer offer free shipping?
Yes, Razer provides free shipping on all orders when you spend over $79. Anything under $79 will require a $10 shipping fee. Optional expedited shipping is also available and starts at $20.
Is there a Razer student discount?
Yes, Razer's education program is free to register for and can net you up to 20% off Razer Blade gaming laptops, peripherals, monitors, and more. To qualify for your savings, you'll need to verify your student status with a valid faculty email address through the Razer website.
What is RazerStore Rewards?
RazerStore Rewards is the brand's loyalty program, letting customers earn points known as Razer Silver for making purchases on the Razer website and at RazerStores. Razer Silver can be saved up over time to redeem in exchange for Razer products. There are three tiers to the RazerStore Rewards program. Level 1 is the default tier, spending $500 takes you up to Level 2 while spending $1500 grants Level 3 access. Each tier unlocks a new series of rewards, promos, and discounts, meaning savings get better the more purchases you make.
What is Razer's returns policy?
Users can return items to Razer but this needs to be done within the 14-day return window. Be sure to verify the purchase date of your product to determine the 14-day return window for your purchase. Razer does however offer an extended returns period for orders placed during the holiday period. Customers are responsible for covering the costs of returning the items, and Razer recommends using a tracked shipping method to return your order, as they will not cover any lost or damaged items.
