The 4-port KVM switch from Keysonic does not support USB or sound devices and therefore offers only the classic and basic functions of a KVM switch. The four client PCs can be selected by turning a knob, whereas direct selection is only possible with a hotkey on the connected keyboard. The switchover is confirmed by the KVM box with a distinctly audible signal tone. As is the case with most other boxes, the KVM switch draws the required supply voltage from the PS/2 ports.

The control knob can be turned in both directions.

The connection sockets for the four client computers are all located on the back side.
