The SPEC benchmark reflects a consistent picture. The Athlon XP 2800+ with Dual-DDR333 beats the Intel Pentium 4/ 3066 with Dual-RDRAM (533 MHz, PC1066) in every area. The explanation for this may lie with the three parallel PFU units of the Athlon XP.
