EKWB Working on two Custom PCB GTX 780 Water Blocks
EKWB has two new GTX 780 water blocks in development: one for MSI's upcoming GTX 780 Lightning, and another for EVGA's GTX 780 Classified.
EKWB, a water cooling components manufacturer, has announced that it is working on two new water blocks for two different GTX 780 cards with custom PCB designs. The water blocks will be made specifically for the upcoming GTX 780 Lightning from MSI, as well as for the just-released GTX 780 Classified from EVGA.
Both of the water blocks will be built to cover the three main critical components: the GPU, the memory, and the VRM circuitry. They also feature the side-attached terminal port system, which makes it easier to install a multi-GPU setup. Lastly, the units are made with the 'high-flow' design, meaning that they can be used in longer, more complicated loops or loops with weaker pumps.
The water blocks will be called the EK-FC780 GTX Lightning and the EK-FC780 GTX Classy. They will be available in September.
