ZTE Grand X Heading to the U.S. with T-Mobile

Released in Europe this past summer, ZTE's Grand X smartphone is set to launch in the United States through T-Mobile.

An FCC listing showcased a T-Mobile logo on the device's exterior, confirming it's scheduled for a release in the U.S. However, pricing and availability dates have yet to be unveiled.

Powered by a Nvidia Tegra 2 dual-core processor clocked at 1GHz, the Grand X sports 1 GB of RAM, 4 GB storage, a 4.3-inch 960 x 540 display and Dolby Mobile surround sound.

A 5-megapixel camera with HD video recording is situated at the rear, accompanied by a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera. Also included is a 1,650mAh battery, while the operating system is Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

According to a leaked image of the smartphone, ZTE is also preparing to launch a successor to the device with the Grand X Pro.

The specs seem very low-end. Yeah, I guess T-Mobile is the carrier for such a thing.

The iPhone may no longer be my favorite but it'd be quite a stretch to accuse the poor things of being anything but high quality. The original thru the 4s in particular. Folks just like to hate on the Chinese for some reason. It's not their fault their women are beautiful and intelligent.
