EK Water Blocks has introduced the latest addition to its line of EK-SF3D line of LN2 evaporation coolers, the EK-SF3D Triple Point Evo – Uni, a universal adapter plate for the EK-SF3D Triple Point Evo memory LN2 evaporation cooler.
The adapter features a pure electrolytic copper core with nickel plated finish, a standard AMD S754 / 939 / 940 mounting hole pattern (89 mm) and various cooling solutions, up to four EK-SF3D Triple Point EVO Module Adapters, and is fully compatible with the EK-RAM Monarch Module Adapters.
The EK-SF3D Triple Point Evo – Uni Adapter is currently available for purchase from the EK Webshop for €20.95.
EK has also announced that it is currently developing an updated version of the EK-SF3D Triple Point Evo cooler itself which will feature an an aluminum top extension (instead of POM Acetal) that will offer 30% more internal volume and allows the use of high-power heat guns and flame torches. The cooler will be launched on July 15th and owners of the current EK-SF3D Triple Point Evo will be able to get the revised aluminum extension free of charge except for shipping / customs fees.
