Galaxy Nexus to Arrive in White for UK Next Month
Who wants to have the same color phone as everyone else?
The Galaxy Nexus is unique in that it carries Google's 'Nexus' moniker alongside Samsung's 'Galaxy' branding. This represents the first time that Google has allowed the manufacturing partner of one of its Nexus phones to have an equal share in the name of the device and indicates that Samsung was a little more than just a third party manufacturer. As such, it seems only right that the Galaxy Nexus get the same treatment as the Galaxy S, the Galaxy S II, the Nexus S and numerous other Samsung devices in that it will be available in both black and white. This makes the Nexus One the only Nexus device that was not offered in white.
UK retailer Clove is now taking pre-orders for a white version of the Galaxy Nexus, which will supposedly launch on February 6. Pricing for this snowy white Galaxy Nexus is set at £498, the same price Clove is charging for the black model. Shipping to the U.S. is available for those that can't wait to see when this phone will arrive in the U.S. For those who can sit on their wallets a while longer, we'll update you when we know more.

house70 I'd rather have the 32gb version, thank you very much! Color of the case is not a feature.Reply -
ickarumba1 IMO, the black one looks way better. This is due to the front glass being black as well. The black glass and white backside does not fit with the screen.Reply -

I like having my music and movies on the external SD and my pics and apps stored internally. Just because you don't see the need for that much storage doesn't mean others share the same view. -
computernerdforlife People like "The Greater Good" think they are "working" for the greater good. Unfortunately, these types of individuals who are out to prove things to others (all the time) make going to work monday to friday extremely painful in a professional environment.
