High-density NAND flash from Samsung in short supply

Supply of high-density NAND flash (4Gbit and above) from Samsung Electronics is falling short of supply, according to Samsung customers. With some customers having to source supply from memory traders, industry watchers believe the shortage of high-density NAND flash parts should persist through the end of the year.
