Antec - Performance Plus 1080

The Antec Performance Plus series maintains a lead as a classic design that continues to innovate.

The Antec Performance Plus 1080 has been and continues to be a very popular case. Much of this is due to Antec’s excellent marketing and inventory availability. Normally, Antec products are available in many retail locations, and this does give them an edge over the competition.

The Performance Plus 1080 is a mid-tower case that offers plenty of room for expansion. With a combined total of ten bays of both the internal and external variety, it might seem to be a bit of "overkill" for many users. Still, case modders and other computer enthusiasts appreciate the flexible design of the Performance Plus 1080. It continues to be one of the best choices for case modders and users that seek high quality and a flexible design.

The inside of the Performance Plus 1080 is large and roomy. If you want the durability of a case that will last through a few computer upgrades and modifications, the 1080 offers that. The penalty is that it weighs a more than most cases. This is not good news if you regularly tote your case back and forth to LAN parties.
