Thermaltake - Xaser II 6000 Series
A newcomer to the case marketplace, Thermaltake puts a twist on a case that has become a classic.
What happens when you take a company that has a reputation for taking things that look only one way and putting an innovative twist on them, and turn them loose on a case with an already popular design? You wind up with an incredible outcome, which is the Xaser II 6000 from Thermaltake.
Abi Singh of Pyrinex sent this case in for me to look at as soon as he received it from his distributor. The Xaser II 6000 is based on the tried-and-true Chieftech Dragon design, except that it is done using 1.0mm aluminum. This addresses one of the major complaints about the Chieftec steel design, which was the case's weight.
