In the areas shown here, there doesn't seem to be a difference between ATI and NVIDIA.

NVIDIA does a better job of filtering in this scene. This can be seen especially well in the left part of this screenshot.

There are no discernible differences for this texture. NVIDIA's lighting has a slightly reddish tinge to it.
