3D Mark Vantage comes with several presets to compare our benchmark results to those of other review sources. Performance is the default preset, while others increase resolution and details.
We’ve heard a rumor that Futuremark tries to update its 3D Mark suite every time someone exceeds 10,000 3D Marks, but our overclocked configuration already has more than twice that level of performance.
Our PC Mark scores look impressive, save for the Hard Drive test. Our high-bandwidth four-drive RAID 0 array still has added latency compared to some 10,000 RPM drives.
Sandra’s CPU tests show significant performance gains due to overclocking, and even our non-overclocked scores should beat the best of upcoming lesser systems.
Sandra also gets a big performance boost in its memory bandwidth test.
