iBuypower's $5,500 Ultra Gaming System
System Settings
So how do these guys get their systems humming? The charts below should give you tweakers and overclockers some ideas on what they do to get the performance that they guarantee, as well as other system builders. Something that should pop out at you when looking at the charts below is that you will see "Auto" for most of the settings, as well as default settings for the graphics cards. Nothing was tweaked. This is surprising, as even simple boosts like setting the memory bus to 1066 MHz from the default of 800 MHz were not done. When the customer is looking for peak performance for the money they spend, it would go a long way if the company spent a little extra time adjusting key BIOS settings.
