Spatial Uniformity

The 90GX2 showed less than average uniformity. The backlighting bled onto the upper and lower part of the panel. When screening DVDs, the black bands were stained with light, and that's frankly unpleasant. The phenomenon showed up on our uniformity measurement too - the corners were darker than the edges of the panel.
So far we weren't impressed. The color quality of this monitor frankly left a lot to be desired.
NEC 90GX2: Fast, But
The NEC 90GX2 is fast, there's no doubt about that. But it's not precise enough, which explains the high values we recorded for medium transitions (0-> 200, 0 ->255).
