I Want My 32" LCD TV
LG RZ30LZ50
LG is not what you'd call a new player as far as TV sets and computer monitors are concerned. So we were impatient to test this elegant and very carefully designed 30" model. Its interesting specs and attractive price make it a prime candidate.

Design and Finish
LG has taken care with the finish of this product and the RZ30LZ50's design is very handsome. The black and silver plastics blend well with the transparence of the Plexiglas. Under the panel are the on/off buttons and the power-on pilot under a transparent plastic strip. All you can say about the finish of this TV is that Sony is no longer the only player when it comes to stylish home entertainment products. Samsung, LG and many others now offer high-quality and well-designed TVs.
Ergonomics
Navigation in the menus is well thought out, as is the layout of the remote control. The position and type of the On button below the panel is debatable, but then you use it a lot less than you do the remote control.
While the design of this set is clearly on a par with a Sony, its ergonomics fall a little short. The Sony KLV-26HG2 is still our reference where ergonomics is concerned.
