'Gears of War 4' Arrives On October 11

The next chapter in the Gears of War franchise finally has a release date. Three years after the release of Gears of War: Judgement, Gears of War 4 arrives later this year on October 11.

Gears of War 4 was initially revealed at last year’s Xbox press event at E3. The game will be the first in the series developed by the new development team at The Coalition. In 2014, Microsoft bought the Gears of War franchise from its creators at Epic Games.

Players will have a chance to see a glimpse of the new game with the upcoming multiplayer beta, which was announced last month. If you played the new Gears of War: Ultimate Edition at some point before April 11, you can participate in the beta’s Early Access program, which runs from April 18 through April 24. Those who didn’t play the game, but still have an Xbox Live Gold subscription, will be able to play the beta on April 25 through the beta’s end date of May 1.

For The Coalition, the next stop is PAX East in Boston. The development team will showcase the game’s multiplayer, participate in a panel session, and hold an esports tournament with a grand prize of $60,000.

"Sir, we've added black bars to the edges of the screen to help with graphics. But the fans are outraged."
"Is there any way we can incorporate the black bars into the game itself?"
"We can make the game completely colorless and covered in shadow."
"Will the game still be playable?"
    "No."
    "Pity. Do it anyway!"

this game reminds me of back in the days where we were stuck playing games at 16bit to get performance out of our video cards,
fast forward to today and these people still put out this brown gradient 32bits mess that makes mario bros on the nes look like 32bit 1080p !

Well...since I dont want to Install Win10, I guess I wont get GoW4, kinda same as 2-3 since I cant buy them on steam, and since many of them were Xbox only.
    2 Bad, I liked GoW 1.
