NAND Flash Makers Progressing On Advanced Node
The stabilizing NAND flash price trend seen recently is clouding with uncertainties, as leading NAND flash players are progressing to next-generation production process. SanDisk and Toshiba are the two players who are leading the race, with their 43nm NAND flash volume production slated by the end of the second quarter 2008.
