Hynix And Micron Said To Produce Memory Cards
More NAND flash suppliers are starting to produce NAND flash not only in wafer but also in finished card form. According to sources at memory makers, Hynix Semiconductor and Micron Technology are two memory makers that have extended their presence beyond NAND flash chip production.
