PQI to roll out 512 MB microSD card in July

Taiwan-based memory-module maker Power Quotient International (PQI) expects to launch handset-use 512 MB microSD cards in July, and an SD adapter for the new card will also be available. The highest density currently featured in PQI's microSD product line is 256 MB.
