    I don't see a catch. My 2500k system has this AIO and it performs very well for a 240mm AIO.

    I just realized after ordering one it’s Newegg dumping old stock. This is the original version and not the V2. Not necessarily a catch, but not also the deal it seems. As the V2 has the same MSRP, but some significant improvements.
