DRAM Contract Prices Sustain Upward Trend Throughout May
The contract price of DRAM sustained an upward trend throughout May, with prices of all mainstream DRAM chips appreciating by double digits during the month. A structural change in supply is being attributed as the major cause of the price recovery.
