Performance
Silverstone's power supply had no problems whatsoever under our rigorous testing conditions. The power supply kept voltages within specifications in our endurance test too. The promised performance was delivered in full.

Its efficiency numbers, by contrast, were not the best. With 72% at full load and 73% at half load, the Silverstone came out in the middle of our test group, but it was among the poorer showings at 63% at low load. Its power consumption of 8 W for low and 28 W for high standby load is much too much.
Priced at $120, the Silverstone power supply is not a bargain, but if you're looking for a power supply for a workstation system it's cost-effective as an EPS power supply.
